Abstract

MCTD (Mixed Connective Tissuo Disease) is a rare disease characterized by clinical Characterstics of patients with overlapping features of SLE (systemic lupos enthematosus), S|
(systemic sclerasis), and PM (polymyositis), and serologically characterized by high titers of Anti UL |
RNP Ab. At carly stage, finger swelling or Raynaud’s phenomenon with high iters of Anti UL RNP |
Ab are only apparent. Protenuria an menbranous nephropethy are characteristic renal manifestation |
f MCTD. Recently we had the cpportunity. (o observe patient with Raynaud’s phenomenon, finger
swelling, high titers of Anti Ul RNP Ab, and asymptomatic proteinuria who underwent a renal |
biopsy. The patient was diagnosed as carly MCTD and renal histology revealed membranous |
